Electrolytes are very important on keto. Especially to avoid keto flu symptoms like muscle cramps, fatigue, mental fog, headaches and insomnia. I like the capsules because they are easy I am not a big fan of the powder electrolytes mixed in drinks. But my husband likes keto vitals drink mix. So really is preference.
